Reservations
Your tour manager will guide you through the process and explain all available options. We allow our customers to book a tour with a $200 deposit per traveler and ask to pay the full balance to months prior to departure.

We offer three convenient ways to pay your tour tour - credit card by phone, credit card online and check. Your tour manager will guide your through the process.

Visa Arrangements
As one of the added services, we will for your Chinese visa and arrange it for you. If you would like to accept this bonus, please ask your tour manager about the details.

Cancellation Policies
Please take a moment to learn about our cancellation policies.

Tours
You can cancel a tour reservation at any moment. There is a flat unconditional cancellation fee equal to $200 per traveler. There are no additional fees or penalties if you cancel no later than one month prior to the first day of your tour. If you cancel later than one month before the first day of your tour, an additional cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price applies.

Cruises
You can cancel a cruise reservation at any moment. There is a flat unconditional cancellation fee equal to $200 per traveler. There are no additional fees or penalties if you cancel a cruise two months before the first day of the cruise. If you cancel later than one month prior to the first day of your cruise, an additional cancellation fee of 30% of the total price applies. If you cancel later than one month prior to the first day of your cruise, an additional cancellation fee of 50% of the total price applies.

Hotels
You can cancel your hotel reservations at any moment. If your hotel reservation is part of a package tour, then tour cancellation policies apply. If you have purchase hotel only, you can cancel it without any penalties no later than 10 days prior to a first night stay. If you cancel less than ten days ahead, a penalty equal to one night's stay will apply.

Flights
Travel All China bears no responsibility for any losses arising from modifications or cancellations in airfare reservations. Flight cancellation policies vary from one airline to another and depend on a ticket type and restrictions. We do not establish these policies, but will help you to recover as much of your monies as an airline policy allows.
