Please take a moment to learn our cancellation policies:

Package tours
To book a package tour you need to deposit $200 per traveler. Once such deposit is made, your reservation and quoted price are guaranteed. You must pay a full balance no later than two months prior to departure for your tour. A deposit does not oblige you to purchase our service. A reservation may be canceled at any moment, in which case there is a cancelation fee of $200 per traveler.
Cruises
To complete your cruise reservation you must pay a full balance. Once a full balanced has been paid, your reservation and rate are guaranteed. Cruise reservation may be canceled at any moment, in which case there is a cancelation fee of $200 per traveler. If cruise is canceled less than 60 days before a first day of a cruise, we will reimburse 70% of the costs; if cruise is canceled less than 30 days before a first day of a cruise, we will reimburse 50% of the cost.
Hotels
You can cancel a hotel reservation without any penalties no later than 10 days prior to a first night’s stay. In all other instances there is a penalty equal to one night’s stay.
Flights
Flight cancelation policies are established by the individual airlines and determined by types of tickets purchased. If you have booked an airfare with us, we will help you to make modifications in a ticket to an extent permitted by that ticket.
Visas
Russian Visas are issued by the Russian Consulate. We are responsible for submitting your visa application on time to allow for timely processing, but only as long as you provide us with necessary documentation in a timely manner. We bear no responsibility for unexpected delays in processing by the Russian Consulate and are not responsible, nor can be held liable for consequences of such delays.
